Ordering Components/Parts
I do not carry any inventory so any parts that are needed will have to be ordered or picked up locally. I do not upcharge on parts - I pass them on/resell them to you for what they cost me. I can get the best prices when ordering parts via the Internet but it will normally take 5 -7 days for them to arrive. If you need replacement parts or an upgrade immediately then I will have to purchase the components locally. As I said before, I do not upcharge on parts, but it is only reasonable that I charge you for my time and mileage when I have to go out and pick them up locally. You can provide your own parts to save money, but letting me do this for you will ensure that the correct parts have been purchased.

Returns
Any costs incurred to me when returning components as a result of the customer changing his or her mind will be passed on to the customer.

Immediate Service - If you bring a machine to me that needs repaired immediately (or by the next day) the parts are going to cost you more than if I had a week or two to get them for you. (See Ordering Components/Parts) If you can, plan ahead and t will save you money.
